This weeks menu is all from the pantry and the freezer. We didn't get the chance to go grocery shopping because we've been traveling all weekend. There's a chunk of ham in the freezer that's the last of the ham from Christmas, so I figured it would be better to get that eaten and then have it available, instead of trying to fit in a shopping trip.

Wow, for not going grocery shopping, it looks like you're doing great! :) If you have any fruit or veggies in the freezer (or canned), you could toss those in, and you won't have to go to the store at all!

I guess from just looking at the menu, you'd think we never touch a veggie! But we always do fruit salad with breakfast or for snacks every day, crudite for snacks, and then canned or frozen green beans or brussels sprouts, etc. or a tossed salad at every dinner. I just don't write down the fruits and veggies in because it's mostly the same thing with every dinner.
