Menu for 6-1 to 6-7

I'll be serving veggie sticks with each lunch and tossed salad with each dinner. There's yogurt for snacks, and I might try making some multi grain crackers this week as well, to go with hummus or cheese dip.

What's a whole wheat and oat blueberry muffin?? It sounds like something my mom would make.

You have the recipe, silly. We made them when you visited last May. Though I'm pretty sure the recipe says all purpose flour, I just use whole wheat. They have yogurt in them too. Very healthy, just like your mom would make.
