I love to read menus and find cooking I can relate to. Hamburger gravy sounds good. Is it easy to make?

Oh, it's so easy to make. It's definate comfort food.

It's a pound of ground beef or turkey or chicken browned, then drained of the fat. Mix that together with a can of cream of mushroom soup and the same can of milk or water. You can also add drained corn or green beans or peas if you'd like a one dish meal.

I like mine over mashed potatoes, but you could put it over noodles too. Or tater tots. You can bake it all on top of tater tots and get tater tot casserole. Or you can do the same in the crock pot.

I've been thinking about using the recipe from tammy's recipes instead of the canned soup, just to try to improve the nutrition factor a bit. But when it comes to something like Hamburger Gravy, I'm not sure if there's much improving that can take place. ;)
